Des's background is in Heavy Diesel Mechanics. He started trucking in 1983. Des brings over 30 years of earthworks and demolition industry experience to DKL Projects Ltd and is customer and solutions focussed.
With a passion for being hands on you will often find him out on site.

Bruce is the General Management arm of DKL. Bruce works both internally with the delivery team and externally with you, our valuable customers.
He brings the corporate backbone to the company structure after many years of employment involved in the construction and management of major landfills for one of New Zealand’s leading waste and recycling companies.
Also experienced in heavy machinery and other related equipment, Bruce's 35 years of environmental experience brings an eco-conscious mindset to recycle, re-use and reducing our carbon footprint.
Richard is our Earthworks Project Manager,
Richard has dedicated his entire working life to Earthworks from driving excavators to motor scrapers to supervising and project management of more complex projects on both rural and urban sites.
Richard’s knowledge of earthworks is second to none in the industry and has earned a reputation for getting projects completed on time and on budget
Steve has been in and around demolition for 20+ years. He has a wide knowledge of demolition and asbestos removal work. Steve is customer focused, solving problems and
working to budget.
